Today was Day 1 of jogging. Time to get rid of this little pot belly I've started carrying around. As a former Phys. Ed. major, Infantry soldier, sub-40 min 10k runner I'm really not used to being in this condition. Sucks! I also managed to get back into my garage gym for some weight training. The weight training I've always loved, the jogging usually takes a while before I start enjoying it again.
I truly believe in the mind body connection. These past 2 years I've devoted so much time to growing this business that I've neglected the body part. No more! The rush I feel from a good workout generally translates into a day filled with positive energy. Next to add the yoga back onto the list!
